2. Betting Rules & Payouts
This section explains how bets work on PH8, when a bet is confirmed, how winnings are calculated, and what happens in situations where a game or match does not finish as expected. Payouts are credited to your main wallet automatically after the result is settled. Settlement times vary by game type. Live casino results settle within seconds of the round ending. ⚠ Errors in Odds or Game Results
If PH8 discovers that a bet was accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure, PH8 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your account. This applies even after the event has settled. PH8 will notify affected accounts when this happens and explain the reason for the void.
Bets placed on obvious pricing errors, where the odds were clearly wrong compared to the market, will be voided regardless of the outcome. Taking advantage of known pricing errors is considered a breach of these terms.
When a Bet Is Voided
A voided bet means the wager is cancelled and your stake is returned. This is not the same as losing. Voids happen in specific situations that are outside your control, and your money comes back to your wallet in full.
🚫 Responsible Betting Limits
PH8 supports responsible gambling and gives you tools to manage your own limits. From your account settings, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, as well as session time reminders. These limits take effect immediately when you lower them, but increases to limits have a 24-hour cooling period before they apply.
If you feel your gambling is getting out of control, you can request a temporary self-exclusion directly from your account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you will not receive any promotional communications from PH8.
3. Bonus & Promotions
Bonuses at PH8 come with wagering requirements, which means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as cash. The specific requirement is listed on each promotion page. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering condition is met.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. PH8 does not accept third-party payments. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible, and your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is approved.
5. Privacy & Data

6. User Conduct
PH8 expects all users to interact with the platform and its support team in good faith. Using the platform to launder money, exploit software bugs for financial gain, collude with other players in multiplayer games, or harass support staff are all grounds for immediate account termination.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
PH8 can suspend or close an account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or a regulatory requirement to do so. When an account is suspended, access is blocked immediately and a review is conducted. If the review finds no violation, the account is reinstated and any withheld funds are released.
You can also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method after standard processing time.
8. Changes to These Terms
PH8 may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, platform features, or business operations. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or through an in-platform notice. Continuing to use PH8 after a change has been announced means you accept the updated terms.
